Welcome to The Art of Recycling. This site, the-art-of-recycling.com is dedicated to the promotion and sale of original art created from recycled waste materials. The site acts as a venue to allow anyone to exhibit and purchase this unique type of art through its online showcase gallery. The showcase demonstrates the many innovative and imaginative ways that throwaway materials can be used to create works of art such as, sculptures, fashion redesign jewellery and home furnishings.
All of these categories of exhibits can be browsed using the Showcase Catagories or by using the search facility to look for something more specific. We are sure that you will find something that appeals to your taste and budget. Displaying an exhibit in your home or office from the-art-of-recycling is always going to be a topic of conversation with your guests or visitors because of its unique make up and construction. As well as being a work of art in its own right its underlying message is that materials that have been discarded by our throwaway society need not all go to landfill but can be reused and given a startling new function, albeit in a different form.
